304 Lighthouse Mall is a gorgeous self-catering holiday apartment, situated on the third-floor of the Lighthouse Mall building, in the centre of the upmarket town of Umhlanga Rocks. The apartment enjoys picture perfect sunrises and the sounds of the Indian Ocean, and is conveniently located with a variety of restaurants and alfresco dining options right on the doorstep.
This modern vacation-rental is beautifully appointed and enjoys good sea views from both the lounge and the bedroom. The apartment can accommodate up to two guests and contains a king-size bed, which can be converted into two twin beds on request, and a shower en suite. Quality linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
Off the main bedroom are sliding doors opening onto the patio with views of the sea. Off the lounge there are sliding doors with views of the sea. The modern kitchen has granite tops and is beautifully appointed and fully equipped. There is also a microwave oven, under-counter oven and hob, as well as a washing machine. Free Wi-Fi internet access is provided. The apartment has satellite TV and is air-conditioned throughout. There are also ceiling fans in the apartment.
The apartment is serviced daily except on Sundays and public holidays. One secure undercover parking is provided for your vehicle.

•To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are advised to take out insurance to cover the full cost of their accommodation in the event of a cancellation. We will seek compensation for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be re-let, including premature curtailment.
•Accommodation will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received by the due date.
•Deposits are not refundable in the event of a cancellation or “non arrival”.

Check in is after 14:00 hours and before 19h00 on the day of arrival. Check-ins after 21h00 is by prior arrangement only and will incur a surcharge of R300.00. Check out is before 10:00 hours on the day of departure
Quality linen, bath and swimming towels are provided.
The maximum occupancy of two persons in the unit (2 persons) must not be exceeded under any circumstances. Failure to adhere to this will result in the extra people having to move out with immediate effect, or the booking will be cancelled and no refund given.

This is a no smoking apartment. Smoking is only permitted on the patio.
A R1500 breakage deposit is required. This deposit is refundable after departure, provided the apartment is left in good condition.
