Nestled amidst gardens of Beau Plan dressed in tropical flora and centaury old vegetation, The Fangourin offers refined flavours and ambiance perfect for contemplation.
The menu favours mountain cuisine such as tuna fish Carpaccio with red peppers for starters and mains such as A la plancha babone fillet, warm patole salad, mango coulis and grilled sesame or Duck salmis with onions glazed with sugar cane syrup
Desert concludes with a decadent dark chocolate with vanilla ice cream.
